Chardonnay-Lemon Herb marinade
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons Chardonnay
2 teaspoons minced fresh Rosemary
2 tablespoons minced lemon zest
1 tbsp fresh basil minced
1 tbsp minced parsley
One teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix all ingredients
This marinade will also work on sea scallops, Icelandic cod & Shrimp
Directions marinade salmon for 30 minutes.
Preheat Grill turn around 450 degrees
This marinade will also work for broiling.
Brush Seafood with oil & grill
Grill for 8 to 10 minutes per side depending upon the thickness of salmon Serves with wild rice in sourdough bread.
