I was in Denver on business and I decided to pick up some fresh salmon from Seafood 4U Now instead of my usual fish market in New York.  The owner offered to cook up some of the salmon on the spot on a cedar plank. The wild, organic salmon, braising in its on juices on the plank, was the equal of any of the salmon I purchase in New York, which has the busiest food and fish market on the East Coast: The Hunts Point Market. I see the fish coming through my own neighborhood in saltwater tanks twice a week; Believe me you have not lived until you literally buy fresh caught right off the truck, which just left the docked ship about 15 minutes ago. Seafood 4U Now sells products that are so high in quality, that I had some shipped home. Thanks to Seafood 4U Now I can count on eating fish every day if wish, instead of having to catch the fishmongers at 7 am.

I want to thank you for the superb Ahi and Halibut I purchased from you.  I bought Halibut from the grocery store two weeks ago and it was so bad, my family wouldn’t eat it.  However, they devoured yours!  You can certainly taste the freshness and quality.  You are a great resource for those of us who love “good” seafood, but live in a landlocked state.
